We are delighted to welcome you to our beautifully renovated historic Ritz Ice Factory. This letter contains useful information to help you plan your Caribbean dream vacation perfectly!

Wifi & Water

Our wifi network is called „The Ritz Village“ and does not require a password. The tap water in Curaçao is safe to drink.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping team cleans your room daily. As part of our „Save the Planet“ program, you will only receive clean towels when you place them on the floor. Bed linen is changed every three nights. If you would like daily clean bed linen, you can arrange this at the reception for an additional fee of $5 per day.

Upgrade & Extend

Treat yourself during your vacation! For a small additional fee, you can request an upgrade. Inquire at the reception about availability and prices. If you wish to extend your stay, feel free to visit the reception for the best price.

Restaurant Urban Beach

Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet by the pool. Enjoy a tasty lunch or pizza and end the day with our daily Happy Hour from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Breakfast Buffet: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Lunch: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (snacks all day)

Dinner: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Poolside Bar: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily

Happy Hour: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Tours

Would you like to visit Klein Curaçao, swim with dolphins, or go on an adventure with a jeep safari? Our reception team is happy to advise you on the best tours and help with reservations. We can also provide tips on the best beaches, restaurants, and parties/happy hours.

Beach Towels

Rent a beach towel at the reception with a $20 deposit. The cost is $3 per towel per use.

Village Shops

Next to the reception, you will find a minimarket, dive shop, car rental company, and laundry service. The minimarket offers daily fresh bread, fruit, breakfast items, ice cream, alcoholic beverages, easy meals, snacks, toiletries, souvenirs, and more. Upon request, you can have a cooler filled with your favorite drinks and snacks to take to the beach. If the car rental company is closed, the reception can make a telephone reservation for you.

Check-out

On the day of departure, you can check out until 11:00 AM. Return your room key to the reception. If desired, we can store your luggage. If you wish to freshen up later, take your towel from your room with you. Shower and toilet facilities are available by the pool/billiard table. Please return the towel to the reception before you leave. If you wish to check out later than 11:00 AM, inquire about the possibilities.
